# Slavic Greek Latin Academy (1687)

The Slavic Greek Latin Academy was founded in Moscow in 1687 under the Greek brothers Likhudes. Mikhail Lomonosov later studied there. It later became the Moscow Theological Academy. It was the first higher educational institution in Moscow.
